This class is all about making cheese with out the use of direct set cultures and instead using naturally occurring cultures present in raw milk as well as using kefir to make cheese.

We will discuss where to source your milk and supplies, equipment needed and how to set up a ripening box and age cheese to perfection. At the end of the class you will leave feeling confident about making all types of different cheese in your own kitchen. Please feel free to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy, there will be various cheeses to taste to enhance your learning experience. Class begins at 6pm and lasts 2-3 hours.
