This is a hands on class where we will stretch raw mozzarella curd to make 3 different Italian cheeses.
Class begins at 6pm and lasts at least about 2 hours. This class is limited to 12 people.
Classes are taught in my open and airy kitchen located at 45 Pilgrim Spring Rd, Wellfleet on Cape Cod.
Cost is $85 per person.
