The Burrata Workshop- from curd to cream March 28th @ 1pm

This class is designed to take you from "cheese lover" to "cheese maker" in a single session. We’re going beyond the basics to master the holy trinity of Italian pasta filata (stretched curd) cheeses.

What’s on the Menu?

• The Science of the Stretch: We’ll explain why pH and temperature are the "secret sauce" to getting that perfect pull without the cheese turning into a rubber ball.

• Hand-Pulled Perfection: You’ll get your hands in the bowl, learning the tuck-and-pinch method to create smooth, skin-on mozzarella.

• The Art of the "Money Shot": We’ll assemble your burrata and show you how to tie them off for that professional, artisanal look.

• The Tasting Table: Once the hard work is done, we’ll crack open our creations and pair them with crusty bread, heirloom tomatoes (seasonal) and balsamic glazes.

Class begins at 1pm and lasts at least about 2 hours. This class is limited to 12 people.

Classes are taught in my open and airy kitchen located at 45 Pilgrim Spring Rd, Wellfleet on Cape Cod.

Cost is $85 per person.
