Raw Milk Cheddar Workshop April 25 at 10 am

Cheddar is really everyone’s favorite cheese, isn’t it? Come learn all about making raw milk cheddar cheese in your own kitchen! We will discuss where to source your milk and supplies, equipment needed and how to set up a ripening box and age cheese to perfection. At the end of the class, you will leave feeling confident about making all types of different cheese in your own kitchen. Please feel free to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy, there will be various cheeses to taste to enhance your learning experience.

Class begins at 10am and lasts about 4 hours with a break for lunch. Feel free to bring your own or run out to a local sandwich shop in town on our break.

Classes are taught in my open and airy kitchen located at 45 Pilgrim Spring Rd in Wellfleet on Cape Cod.

Cost is $175 per person.
