There is nothing better or more luxurious than a good bottle of wine and a great wheel of brie, unless of course you made the brie from scratch and you are enjoying it with your mom! We will discuss where to source your milk and supplies, equipment needed and how to set up a ripening box and age cheese to perfection. At the end of the class you will leave feeling confident about making all types of different cheese in your own kitchen. Please feel free to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy, there will be various cheeses to taste to enhance your learning experience. Class begins at 11 am and lasts 2-3 hours on Saturday December 27th.
