January 18-20 3 Day Cheese Making Workshop
There is nothing better or more luxurious than a good bottle of wine and a great wheel of brie, unless of course you made the brie from scratch !
In this 3 day work shop we will discuss where to source your milk and supplies, equipment needed and how to set up a ripening box and age cheese to perfection.
Example of 3 day schedule is as follows, cheeses may change depending on wants and needs of participants.
Day 1 Saturday January 18th 10am start:
Harvarti
Brie
Ricotta
Cultured Butter
Yogurt
Day 2 Sunday January 19th 10 am start:
Gouda
Tomme
Marscapone
Day 3 Monday January 20th 10 am start:
Cheddar
At the end of the workshop you will leave feeling confident about making all types of different cheese in your own kitchen. Please feel free to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy, there will be various cheeses to taste to enhance your learning experience. Class begins at 10 am and will typically go until 3 with a break for lunch. You can either bring a lunch or leave and grab lunch elsewhere.
Classes are taught in my open and airy kitchen located at 45 Pilgrim Spring Rd, Wellfleet on Cape Cod.
Cost is $350 per person.
All sales for classes are non refundable. In the event you can not attend after purchase please contact Sadie to discuss attendance at another scheduled class of the same or lesser value.
