A special for you and your Valentine (or Gal-entine) ! Two tickets for only $140 !
There is nothing better or more luxurious than a good bottle of wine and a great wheel of brie, unless of course you made the brie from scratch ! We will discuss where to source your milk and supplies, equipment needed and how to set up a ripening box and age cheese to perfection. At the end of the class you will leave feeling confident about making all types of different cheese in your own kitchen. Please feel free to bring your favorite beverage to enjoy, there will be various cheeses to taste to enhance your learning experience. Class begins at 1 pm and lasts 2-3 hours.
Classes are taught in my open and airy kitchen located at 45 Pilgrim Spring Rd in Wellfleet on Cape Cod.
